Its okay to not know the answers to everything life throws at you and it is difficult to find the right words sometimes to let the world know what your heart consists of when we are evolving so often. We aim to help you find yourself in this mad world through the art of dressing up or dressing down. We want to be here to armour your body all day and all night to present to the world who you are and what you have to say without even opening your mouth. Be daring, wear that outfit, impress yourself, decorate your body with the most exciting beautiful clothes or wear minimal, because you can. Deliveries, Returns and T&C's
Delivery
Delivery can be expected between 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail and your delivery can be tracked using the number sent to your email and using Royal Mail’s website.
Returns
Needing to return something? Items from our shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase if our policy is used. To return an item from our shop it must be unworn, with all of its original labels attached and if possible, in its original packaging.
1. Email info@heyruby.co.uk with your order number and what you wish to return, stating the reasons why.
2. We will respond to your email.
3. Post the parcel back to us.
4. Once we have inspected the return and everything is fine then we will refund you, it may take up to 7 days for you to receive you refund.
