Please note that items are subject to our availability. If an item is for some reason out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be issued a full refund on this specific item. We also hold the right to refuse an order for example if we are unable to receive authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. If we are unable to supply you with an Item in these circumstances, we will inform you of this by e-mail. The images of items on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen display of the colours accurately reflects the genuine colour of the items. VAT/ Prices may change without notice.
Delivery
Delivery can be expected between 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail and your delivery can be tracked using the number sent to your email and using Royal Mail’s website.
Returns
Needing to return something?
Items from our shop may be returned if our policy is used.
To return an item from our shop it must be unworn, with all of its original labels attached and if possible, in its original packaging.
- Email info@heyruby.co.uk with your order number and what you wish to return, stating the reasons why.
- We will respond to your email.
- Post the parcel back to us.
- Once we have inspected the return and everything is fine then we will refund you, it may take up to 7 days for you to receive you refund.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item.
